Hi all!! This is the first in what will be a series of workout videos:
Weekend Workouts
Today's workout is a Tabata routine suitable for all experience levels and requires no equipment. Each exercise offers a Level 1 (easiest), Level 2 (moderate), and Level 3 (more challenging) option.
Give it a shot and share your thoughts! I aim to post a new video every week. Some will be Tabatas, others will be exercise tutorials, technique tips, or possibly responses to questions or requests.
